Service Delivery Policy

Agntam is an online service. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods, so there are no couriers, no tracking numbers, no delivery charges and no shipping addresses. Nothing will ever arrive at your door from us.

Immediately, and automatically. Credits are added to your account the moment the payment is confirmed — normally within a few seconds. A monthly plan activates on the same confirmation and runs for 30 days from that moment.

You do not need to wait for an email, enter a code, or ask anyone to enable anything. If the payment succeeded, the balance on your account has already changed.

To the account you paid from — the one identified by the email address you signed in with. There is no separate delivery address to get wrong. A receipt is available to download from Settings & billing against every transaction.

• Credits, which the platform spends as you build, publish and host.

• Access to the studio — the agents that design, write, run and review your app.

• Hosting for the apps you publish, at an address of the form your-app.apps.agntam.com, in the region you choose.

• Your source code, downloadable as a zip or pushable to your own GitHub account, on every plan including the free one.

This is rare and it is our problem to fix. Reload the page first — the balance is often already there and the screen simply had not caught up. If it is genuinely missing after a few minutes, write to hello@agntam.com with the date, the amount and the payment reference from your bank or UPI app. We will either deliver the credits or refund the payment, and we will not ask you to prove anything beyond the reference.

The service is available continuously, other than during maintenance, which we keep short and infrequent. Published apps stay online independently of the studio: if the studio is unavailable you may be unable to build, but the app you already published keeps serving its visitors.

Apps on the free hosting tier sleep when nobody is using them and wake on the first request, which takes about a second. That is by design, not a fault, and paid tiers stay always on.
