1. Contractual Relationship and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Svatas Services LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of agntam.com, and the individual or legal entity accessing or using our platform, APIs, agent workflows, and hosting infrastructure (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing passes or credits, or accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you hold valid authorization to bind that entity to these Terms.
Reporting. To report an application built on Agntam — phishing, malware, infringing or illegal content — write to report-abuse@agntam.com with the full app address. To report a security vulnerability in Agntam itself, write to security-report@agntam.com; please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing publicly.
